Monitoring and remote management
Oraone's remote management-solution consists of our monitoring-environment and a group of experienced technical Oracle-specialists. The monitoring-environment is hosted in our own datacenter, and via a VPN-connection we can monitor all aspects of your Oracle-environment. As soon as a critical situation has been detected an Oracle-specialist is alerted and starts working on the problem.
After an initial intake-interview we will construct a Service Level Agreement that best fits your situation, if necessary 24x7 monitoring can be implemented.
